After a highly limited, Chicago-exclusive release earlier this year for the NBA All-Star Weekend, Kanye West’s debut basketball shoe the adidas Yeezy QNTM will be re-releasing early next month. This restock will give more fans of Ye and the hightop silhouette another chance to pick up a pair when it releases September 5th in its OG colorway.
The adidas Yeezy QNTM features a smooth rubber gum outsole and midsole which encapsulates a full-length BOOST midsole. At the rear of the shoe is a two-toned 3M reflective silver/black heelcup that compliments the plush, black mesh of the anklets and tongue, as well as the intricate, grey, primeknit upper. This primeknit is applied over a translucent ripstop base and placed in a wave pattern in both dark and light grey tones across both medial and lateral sides, meeting down the middle of the shoe at a light beige, suede toebox. Reflective hits of 3M are interspersed throughout the upper to add a bit of extra flair, akin to other reflective Yeezy silhouettes.
