Tokyo & NYC Inspire Upcoming atmos x ASICS GEL-Lyte III Collection

atmos and ASICS are teaming up on the iconic GEL-Lyte III once more.

Following the “World Map” collab in 2018, the latest colorway continues the international connection between the retailer and the footwear giant. The upcoming atmos x ASICS GEL-Lyte III “NYC SUBWAY” and the atmos x ASICS GEL-Lyte III “NYC SUBWAY” colorway depart this weekend.

For the latest collection, atmos adopted official map data provided by Ogikubo, Tokyo-based Tokyo Cart Graphic, and put the letters “NYC” and “TYO” on each tongue on the left shoe. The tongue on the right foot is embroidered with the Big Applesymbolizing New York and The Landmark Tower used to represent Tokyo. Other details include the mini ASICS stripes located on the toe area of the shoe.

The atmos x ASICS GEL-Lyte III “NYC SUBWAY” releases on April 9 and the atmos x ASICS GEL-Lyte III “NYC SUBWAY” releases on April 23. Both colorways will be available at select atmos locations, atmosUSA.com, atmos NY, atmos Philadelphia, and atmos DC, select ASICS locations, and ASICS.com. As always, our sneaker monitors and release day strategy will have members ready for drop day.
