AURALEE Previews Three New Balance XC-72 Colorways

Japanese label AURALEE and New Balance have more on the way. Following last year’s collaboration which spun the New Balance 550, AURALEE once again takes a minimal and monochromatic execution on the Boston-based brand’s footwear.

Previewed during AURALEE’s FW22 collection, three iterations were showcased as a muted blue, yellow-cream, and dark brown were front and center on the runway. Two cuts of suede arrive on the pairs continuing the signature touch on the new silhouette. A speckled outsole that’s prominent on the protruding forefoot is included as well.

A release date for the AURALEE x New Balance XC-72 collection has not been announced. However, we expect the pairs to release at AURALEE, select retailers, and potentially on NewBalance.com in the upcoming months. As always, our sneaker monitors and release day strategy will have members ready for drop day.
