Black Friday: The FASHION MFer Guide

author
Jose Partida

Black Friday isn’t only about trampling grandmas for 65 inch televisions.

It’s a great time to stock up on the clothing you have been after. You don’t have to be the CEO of Japanese Denim to enjoy a good pair of jeans, and this holiday is a great reminder of that.

Our SoleSavy Premium members are very familiar with Sole-Style, our dedicated fashion enthusiast community subsection. Those members do not play when it comes to THROWING IT ON. So, with that in mind, I have taken the liberty of perusing our favorite Sole-Style brands for what exactly their Black Friday releases will look like.

*Note: This blog will be updated periodically as more sales are posted. Be sure to check back for more deals.

Below you can find a list of the best FASHION MFer releases coming to us on the blackest of Fridays:

18 East– 50% OFF Warehouse Sale- No Code Necessary

It is only right to start this whole thing with one of the SoleStyle favorites. 18 East has opened the vault with several older styles. The New York label has become out member’s go to, and this sale gives us a little look as to why.

Abercrombie & Fitch– 25% OFF Everything- No Code Necessary

The Abercrombie rebrand has been sensational. By now, the brand has nailed the trendy cuts, styles, and aesthetics while not overtly feeling disingenuous. Their sale is a good place to start for value items before jumping into more niche items or brands later in the list.

All Caps Studio– The vault is open wide

The Philly area brand has become a favorite of internet streetwear brands like 18East for their prints. To celebrate the holiday, All Caps Studio will rerelease essentially every design they have ever made. FOMO you about to take the biggest L of your life.

Basketcase Gallery– Bundle Sale

Basketcase continues it’s impressive year with an upcoming bundle deal that will knock your bottoms back on. Similar to last years,  you will have to spend a certain amount to qualify for each of the bundle tiers- with the last tier giving you F&F items as well the gifted items from the rest of the tiers. It must be noted, though, that the items from this release will be a pre order. Fans of Basketcase will know it’s worth the wait, though.

Canoe Club– 30% OFF Sale- use code EABF24

Among one of the best curators of fashion in the United States, our friends at Canoe Club have a special 30% off sale for Black Friday. This is a good opportunity to grab from brands like Beams Plus or FRIZMWORKS.

Earl’s Collection– Up to 60% OFF- No Code Necessary

The Australian brand that has perfectly tied the worlds of sports and fashion together has a deep sale going on. Many items from their most recent collection are also available on sale.

The GAP– 40% OFF Everything- No Code Necessary

Similar to A&F, the GAP has a great selection of trendy looks at more affordable prices. At 40% off, this is a good chance to get several pieces for a wardrobe refresh (i’ve seen some of y’all’s fits get on it).

Laphont– 20% OFF Sale- No Code Necessary

Laphont’s quirky watches have been some of my favorite purchases of this year. The Montreal based brand has taken those iconic, but unobtainable, look and it far more accessible. Frankly, they are having a lot of fun doing it too.

Lapstone & Hammer 30% to 70% OFF sale- No Code Necessary

Philly’s favorite, L&H has a deep sale for Black Friday. Sale Items have an extra 30% discount. Several new items also qualify for a 30% discount. This sale covers a lot of great SoleStyle favorite brands like DIME, ABC., BrainDead and more.

Manresa– 50% OFF Sale-  No Code Necessary

Your grandchildren’s LL BEAN is promising some FUN stuff for this Black Friday. They are currently running a 50% off Warehouse sale.

The Man Who Captured Sunshine- Bundle Sale

TMWCS (unofficial acronym by the way) has perfectly mixed the western and vintage aesthetic into something the likes of Paul Mescal will throws on to hit the streets. Similarly to Basketcase, TMWCS will be releasing bundles to celebrate the holiday. They will have items ready to ship, though. The release will include Mescal’s sweater, as well as the return of other fan favorites and new items.

Nike – Up to 60% OFF- No Code Necessary

The swoosh never misses the chance do deliver a great sale. Get those runners. Get those Christmas gifts. Hell, they’ve even got the workwear down for my fellow cosplay friends.

NOTRE– 25% OFF- use code BF25

Think of Chicago’s NOTRE as your gateway to new brands. Their sale is filled with names that may appear unfamiliar, but the quality is, obviously, still there.

SSENSE– 50% OFF Sale FW24 Items- No Code Necessary

The SSENSE Winter Sale is THE SALE of the year. It shouldn’t need much explanation beyond that. Anyone who’s ever tried on a BEAMS cardigan knows this and anyone aspiring to own a Stoney jacket has this sale circled on their calandar. Though it is not explicitly a Black Friday sale, it did deserve the mention here.

Thisisneverthat– Up to 60% OFF sale- No Code Necessary

Korea’s streetwear label thisisneverthat is back at it with a loaded sale. If you are into Stussy, TINT should be right up your alley. Several items from this season are part of the sale, as well.

quotes

Sole Savy is unreal! With a busy schedule it’s hard to keep up on shoes, and the group keeps me up to date on releases, tips on how to manually cop, and a marketplace with killer deals from fellow like minded collectors. It’s changed the sneaker game for me!

@SoleSavy is the truth. They've helped me cop kicks I never would've imagined getting at retail. Members always willing to assist on drops too. And most of all, a REAL community of REAL sneakerheads. These guys should be the gold standard for sneaker communities! #LifetimeMember

My membership paid for itself three fold by being solely responsible for my union 4’s, mesh sacai waffles, sacai blazers, court purple aj1s, glow in the dark yeezy 350s, travis scott lows (which I traded to get desert ore ow’s), air max 1 londons, bc3’s for way under retail etc.

Can't say enough about SS. The stellar help with copping shoes is a given but it's the community that makes it extra special. Hands down one of the best decisions I made as a wannabe sneakerhead.

The community of sneakerheads and resources available to help manually cop are great and really will help you get more Ws. The Zoom calls for hyped drops like Union Jordan 4 only adds to the camaraderie while providing real time instruction
