Edison Chen and CLOT continue to cook up hits with Nike. Following 2021’s CLOT Air Max 1s and even the CLOT x sacai x Nike LDWaffle, CLOT and Nike are letting the momentum flow into the new year.
CLOT and the footwear giant are tapping into the fan-favorite Dunk with a high-top colorway. The upcoming CLOT x Nike Dunk High “Flux” is constructed with a glossy, metallic upper paired with a premium grey satin sockliner, a perforated toe box, and exposed stitching. The Dunk High also includes CLOT and Nike branded tongue tags and insoles. A classic white midsole accompanies the colorway.
The “Flux” colorway derives from the Yin-Yang philosophy as the grey look symbolizes where both spectrums of Yin-Yang meet. Additionally, the “Flux” Dunk is about embracing changes and constant movement.
“The original concept was infusing a Yin and Yang philosophy of black and white. It’s predominantly silver right now, but actually, the ends of the spectrum are white and black, and the mixture of those in the middle is what causes this chrome-like silver effect on the shoe,” Chen said.
The CLOT x Nike Dunk High “Flux” releases on March 18 for $150 at JuiceStore.com and Juice Store locations. A wider release date has not been disclosed. As always, our sneaker monitors and release day strategy will have members ready for drop day.
