After all those years of Air Jordan collaborations, repping the brand on and off stage, and even dropping music video at their HQ, Drake and Nike have finally unveiled their full-fledged sub-line. Dubbed NOCTA, this project is slated to be an ongoing partnership between Drake and the Swoosh, rather than a simple one-off collaboration. The brand’s name is a play on the word “Nocturne” which is in reference to “the artist’s nocturnal creative process”, a feeling many can derive from Drake’s moodier records. Joined by an equally moody, if brief, lookbook, the sub-line will debut December 19th with an array of NOCTA logo / Nike Swoosh co-branded apparel including puffer jackets and Nike tech fleece.
