Final Details on the Member Store Update

Alright, sorry for the delay on this…we had an issue with shipping rates for all the different size items in the store and multiple ship from locations but this has been resolved.

THE STORE PASSWORD WILL BE POSTED IN SLACK AND UPDATED IN-APP at 8:55PM EST.

Please read everything carefully for your own good ahead of this drop! everything you need to know is below.

  • Everything will be FCFS
  • The store can be found at store.solesavy.com
  • The new store password to enter will be posted right at 8:55pm EST so you can pre-cart
  • You may NOT purchase more than one regular priced sneaker in the first 60 minutes of release.
  • All new product including free merch will go live at 9:00PM EST
  • So between 9PM and 10PM EST it is one shoe per member total, no multiple orders unless you are purchasing a regular priced shoe and a sale shoe
  • Orders must have your SoleSavy membership email attached to it.
  • You may only purchase in your size, give or take a half size +/-
  • You may NOT purchase for friends, family or significant others for this drop during the first 60 minutes
  • We will cancel orders that break these rules.
  • Shipping may take 3-4 weeks as we review orders and ship out product
  • Some orders will ship out of the US via UPS and others out of Canada via USPS
  • If you decided not to pre-cart, you will miss out to someone else who did.
  • You do not need to buy the pre-cart item, you can empty your cart ahead of the 9PM EST drop
  • We only accepted credit card or PayPal
  • Use SoleSavy assist for a quicker checkout
  • We will not accept Apple Pay or Google Pay
  • Everything is for retail or less
  • If you have any issues with your order, please use the #support channel
  • If you run into a shipping rate price that seems too high for your order total please pay and we will refund you but this should not happen

PRODUCT UPDATES:

  • I always say this but we buy and sell shoes for retail or less for what we paid for, sometimes we can only get 12 pairs, sometimes 24 and sometimes 200. I know not everyone can get a pair today and Im sorry if you miss out, we do the best we can!
  • You will see we are now account holders to sell top sneaker and streetwear culture books, at a big discount from MSRP that beats anyone else out there.
  • The books will be available at 8:55PM EST for pre-carting
  • The SoleSavy socks are $8 USD and available for pre-carting
  • The SoleSavy members only white tee is $10 USD and available for pre-carting
  • The dad hat (500 units) is FREE and will not be there to pre-cart, they release at 9PM EST
  • The Nike x SoleSavy x Doernbecher tee (500 units) is FREE and will not be there to pre-cart, they release at 9PM EST
    unfortunately the one box of size XL shirts is missing in transit so there will be no XL shirts
  • We have stock as follows: 50x S, 200x M, 200x L, 50x 2XL and they will go quickly
  • We have some leftover SoleSavy NYC event tees (10x XL, 10x 2XL) for free as well
  • We made a mistake and did not get the Yeezy 500 brown for discount, and in turn they will be full retail for this drop
  • Shipping is a flat rate of $23 USD for one shoe + any smaller items

Reminder, you can pre-cart with an item and not buy it for the drop. Just go to payment with it and empty your cart before 9PM EST.

Can't say enough about SS. The stellar help with copping shoes is a given but it's the community that makes it extra special. Hands down one of the best decisions I made as a wannabe sneakerhead.

The community of sneakerheads and resources available to help manually cop are great and really will help you get more Ws. The Zoom calls for hyped drops like Union Jordan 4 only adds to the camaraderie while providing real time instruction
