One of the most important sneakers of all time returns this weekend.

Designed by the incomparable Tinker Hatfield, the Air Jordan 4 was originally released in 1989. That NBA season, Michael Jordan would lead the NBA in points. As his superstar status cemented itself in the league, so did the popularity of his sneakers outside of the court.

Since originally releasing in 1989, the Air Jordan 4 ‘White Cement’ has become the defining colorway of the Air Jordan 4 line. The sneaker has rereleased in 1999, 2012, and 2016. The 2016 retro, in particular, was the first of the bunch to feature the beloved “Nike Air” branding on the back. In 2025, the ‘White Cement’ 4 will return. It will, again, feature the “Nike Air” branding. Plus, the 2025 White Cement will feature a sneaker shape closely resembling the 1989 release.

A sneaker of such magnitude is expected to move fast on drop day. We have you covered, though, and are here to prepare you for this Saturday’s return of the White Cement Air Jordan 4.

What will be your best shot at grabbing the White Cement 4?

The coveted sneaker is expected to be one of the most stocked Air Jordan releases of 2025. That being said, it doesn’t mean it will be a walk-in-the-park on drop day.

Early links for retailers like DTLR and Shoe Palace are available now via the SoleSavy Drops app. Both retailers are expected to have over 5,000 pairs available at drop time on the 24th. Having those links ready will be essential to checking out once inventory is made available. Currently, there is about 40 active raffles for the White Cement, you can sign up for them, as well as keep track of your entries, via the DROPS app.

Popular footsites- like Footlocker, Champs Sports, and JD Sports, will also stock the sneaker.  These footsites, typically, are more difficult to check out of and are not recommended for hyped releases like this one. That said, as stock is so high for this release- they are worth mentioning.

The Air Jordan 4 ‘White Cement’ will launch via SNKRS on May 24th. The historic sneaker is returning for a fitting 4th time- and it is one of the most anticipated releases of the year.

The SoleSavy team will provide more detailed, live, coverage the morning of the 24th. There, we will provide inventory updates, plus help SoleSavy members purchase their 2025 White Cements. You can learn more about the SoleSavy Premium plan, as well as out other plans, here.

Sole Savy is unreal! With a busy schedule it’s hard to keep up on shoes, and the group keeps me up to date on releases, tips on how to manually cop, and a marketplace with killer deals from fellow like minded collectors. It’s changed the sneaker game for me!

@SoleSavy is the truth. They've helped me cop kicks I never would've imagined getting at retail. Members always willing to assist on drops too. And most of all, a REAL community of REAL sneakerheads. These guys should be the gold standard for sneaker communities! #LifetimeMember

My membership paid for itself three fold by being solely responsible for my union 4’s, mesh sacai waffles, sacai blazers, court purple aj1s, glow in the dark yeezy 350s, travis scott lows (which I traded to get desert ore ow’s), air max 1 londons, bc3’s for way under retail etc.

Can't say enough about SS. The stellar help with copping shoes is a given but it's the community that makes it extra special. Hands down one of the best decisions I made as a wannabe sneakerhead.

The community of sneakerheads and resources available to help manually cop are great and really will help you get more Ws. The Zoom calls for hyped drops like Union Jordan 4 only adds to the camaraderie while providing real time instruction
