HVYWT’s ‘Sole Stories’ Series Highlights The Passion Of Sneaker Collecting

Philadelphia-based HVYWT has announced the launch of Sole Stories. The black-owned media production company plans to give viewers a personal look into what made industry insiders fall in love with sneakers. The four-part series includes tales of entrepreneurship, hunting down grail pairs, and why the memories created by sneaker collecting outweigh the mainstream obsession with hype and exclusivity. The series will feature an original soundtrack produced by Daniel “DSTL’ Steele that will be available on all streaming platforms. Sole Stories premieres on June 12, 2024, on HVYWT’s Official Youtube channel.

HVYWT will celebrate the launch of Sole Stories with a premiere event in Philadelphia on June 7, 2024 at Lapstone & Hammer. This event will serve as an early screening of the four episodes. After the screening the celebration will continue with sounds provided by DJ Rebel Foster. RSVP for the premiere by Wednesday, June 5, 2024 on Eventbrite.
