Reebok Hits the Jackpot with Netflix’s “La Casa de Papel” Collab

Reebok and Netflix’s La Casa de Papel (also known as Money Heist) are joining forces this summer for a collection, inspired by the hit show, its characters, and signature looks from the masks to the red jumpsuits.

The La Casa de Papel x Reebok collection includes the Zig Kinetica II ($130), the Classic Leather ($100), the Freestyle Hi ($100), and the Club C ($100) as the collection taps ‘Bok classics for the new-age streaming sensation.

The Zig Kinetica II takes after the signature red jumpsuits as the shoe incorporates details of the outfits with a textile upper, premium stitching, and zipper detail, mimicking the jumpsuit’s zipper closure. The Classic Leather takes after the masks as the shoe includes a 3D molded side stripe with a texture that emulated the masks’ mustache. Tokyo, the show’s notorious female figure, inspires the Freestyle Hi — Reebok’s first workout shoe made exclusively for women. Her strong character traits inspire the pair with Tokyo’s signature Ankh necklace and a ballistic nylon material on the collar, paying homage to the vest
Tokyo wears in season five. The pair also includes a rub-away window box, and the side stripe also has the rub-away effect revealing gold. Last but certainly not least, the Club C is a tribute to El Profesor aka the Professor and mastermind behind the money heist. Glasses-shaped metal lace dubrae, a tie, and a wiring detail modeled off the earpiece he wears are included in the design. The shoe’s heel tab features the name of the gang’s favorite anthem, Bella Ciao.

The La Casa de Papel x Reebok collection releases on May 4 at Reebok.com. The collection ranges from $100 to $130 USD. As always, our sneaker monitors and release day strategy will have members ready for drop day.

Sole Savy is unreal! With a busy schedule it’s hard to keep up on shoes, and the group keeps me up to date on releases, tips on how to manually cop, and a marketplace with killer deals from fellow like minded collectors. It’s changed the sneaker game for me!

@SoleSavy is the truth. They've helped me cop kicks I never would've imagined getting at retail. Members always willing to assist on drops too. And most of all, a REAL community of REAL sneakerheads. These guys should be the gold standard for sneaker communities! #LifetimeMember

My membership paid for itself three fold by being solely responsible for my union 4’s, mesh sacai waffles, sacai blazers, court purple aj1s, glow in the dark yeezy 350s, travis scott lows (which I traded to get desert ore ow’s), air max 1 londons, bc3’s for way under retail etc.

Can't say enough about SS. The stellar help with copping shoes is a given but it's the community that makes it extra special. Hands down one of the best decisions I made as a wannabe sneakerhead.

The community of sneakerheads and resources available to help manually cop are great and really will help you get more Ws. The Zoom calls for hyped drops like Union Jordan 4 only adds to the camaraderie while providing real time instruction
