Another vintage Marvel Legends figure is making a return.
After the popular Doctor Doom figure was confirmed to return, Ghost Writer is joining in on the fun.
Johnny Blaze, the original Ghost Rider, Johnny Blaze, was first introduced to the world by Marvel Comics in Marvel Spotlight #5, published in 1972. Created by Gary Friedrich, Roy Thomas, andMike Ploog, this stunt motorcyclist made a pact with Mephisto to save his adoptive father. In the process, the deal cursed him to become the Spirit of Vengeance- transforming him into a flaming-skulled, hellfire biker that emerges whenever innocent blood is spilled. His character was a part of the introductory world of Comic Book Movies in the Early 2000s- with Nicholas Cage playing the beloved character.
This beloved figure is being reissued by Hasbro and is arriving housed in a vintage design. The figure features a flaming chain, swappable hands, flame effects, and a fiery Johnny head sculpt. The pre-order window for this iconic Ghost Rider figure is open now- with an estimated shipping time of November.
The pre-order for the Marvel Legends – Marvel Comics Ghost Rider is available now via the SoleSavy store.
