The Puma Stewie 3 was unveiled last month in Paris and will be officially released this week in honor of the WNBA tip-off. This release gives Breanna Stewart the longest active signature sneaker line in the WNBA, which has helped pave the way for new deals. The debut “Dawn” colorway is a tribute to Stewart’s family and journey with details like Cherry Blossoms, golden trumpet trees, and blooming seed patterns on the outsole. “Itâ€s an honor to be able to incorporate part of my story into the Stewie 3: the people I love, and some of the places that have been integral to my journey,” said Stewart. The Stewie 3 design features tributes to her wife, daughter, and her ties to Spain.
For the technical design elements, the Stewie 3 features a high-abrasion outsole for grip and a dual-density Profoam+ midsole for cushioning. The Stewie 3 Dawn retails for $125 and is releases on May 14 on PUMA.com, the PUMA mobile app, at the PUMA NYC Flagship store and at Dickâ€s Sporting Goods and Champs Sports.
