The Nike Air Humara has long been an object of devotion for outdoor-oriented sneakerheads, and last year’s Jacquemus collaboration helped to build up more hype prior to the in-line silhouette’s return to shelves. Several new iterations have surfaced in 2023, and now we’ve got a “Wheat Grass” variant to dote over.
This new colorway takes its decoration straight from the trails, as “Wheat Grass” and “Yellow” join together with black. The namesake color is used in leather appears on the Humara’s leather overlays with nylon straps and the mesh base and tongue to match. Yellow is then used for the laces and Swoosh, as well as part of a rectangular checker print on the midsole. Rounding out the details are stitching, tip, lining, heel counter, and outsole all in black — completing a dressing that should only look better with wear.
