The Nike Dunk has been a staple sneaker across its multiple variations since its inception. As Nike’s original team basketball shoe, the collegiate-themed colorways are always a huge hit ever since the 1985 “Be True” collection that originally included the University of Michigan, University of Kentucky, University of Iowa, Georgetown, Syracuse, UNLV, and St. Johns.
With the recent return of Iowa’s Goldenrod colorway, it looks like Nike is continuing to celebrate higher learning with the upcoming colorway nodding to the University of Miami. This Dunk features an orange leather base with matching laces and tongue accents. The school’s shade of Green is more prominently featured on the overlays Swoosh and outsole.
A release date for the Nike Dunk Low “Miami Hurricanes” is set to release November 25 via Nike and select retailers. The retail price has been set at $110.
