King James has had a long history with Nike. Over the past 20 years LeBron James has not only had his signature line but two other price-friendly lines as well with the Soldier and the Ambassador. With the distinct new direction of the Nike LeBron 20, it is only right that the newest silhouette gets a pocket-protecting model as well, enter the Nike Zoom LeBron NXXT Gen.
The initial offering of the Nike Zoom LeBron NXXT draws inspiration from his I Promise school with its mismatched colorblocking. The left sneaker comes in a shade of blue, while the right sneaker is dressed in orange. The silhouette is constructed with a mesh base and suede overlays on the toe, heel, and medial sides. The sneaker remixes the original sneaker’s double-stacked Swoosh on the lateral side with a smaller Swoosh rather than offsetting it. Other features “LBJ” branded tongues, “NXXT” printed on the insoles with LeBron’s crown logo in the middle. A full-length Air Zoom unit completes the look.
The Nike Zoom LeBroon NXXT Gen “I Promise” is set to release on February 10 via Nike and select retailers for $160.
