Reebok Is Bringing Back Emmitt Smith’s ‘ES22’ Training Shoe

Reebok is reaching into the archives to bring back one of football’s GOAT’s signature sneakers. Emmitt Smith’s “ES22,” launched in 1996, and is 90s style personified. The unmistakable OG blue/black/white Dallas Cowboys colorway features Viz-Hex, a grippy lugged outsole, a mesh and anodized synthetic upper, ghillie lacing system, and distinct ‘broken-glass’ Reebok branding elements throughout.

Smith’s signature turf sneaker was introduced after years of being the face of Reebok’s “Preseason” training line in the early 90s. The preseason training paid off during Smith’s illustrious career, where he won three Super Bowls, became the all-time leading rusher (record still stands) and was inducted into the Pro Football Hall Of Fame in 2010. Reebok’s “ES22” (100032753, $180) is available beginning September 15 from Reebok.comFinish Line, and select retailers, with additional colorways expected to arrive in the coming months.
