Teased as part of Nike’s New York Fashion Week show, Japanese label AMBUSH® is rumored to release their avant-garde take on the Nike Dunk High next month.
The AMBUSH® x Nike Dunk High is rumored to debut in at least two colorways, an all-neon pink version – which had its understated debut at NYFW via styled mannequins – and far more subtle monochromatic version. The lace stays of the Dunks are slightly detached at the heel in a deconstructed fashion. Further attention-grabbing details include the elongated Swoosh which extends past the heel, reminiscent of the outlandish Jeremy Scott adidas collabs of last decade. A molded AMBUSH® logo attached to the heel completes this Dunk High’s experimental reinvention.
