The highly anticipated shoe will be available in limited quantities.
The Air Max 1000 has remained at the top of the mind of sneakerheads since first debuting at ComplexCon in 2024. Needless to say, the Red Air Max 1000 was one of the biggest highlights of the entire weekend.

Shortly after, a Blue pair was spotted in Paris at a Nike event. These two vibrant colorways- further pushed the hype for this 3D printer futuristic take on the Air Max 1. Nike is describing the Air Max 1000 as “a silhouette that blends advanced 3D-printed construction with integrated Nike Air technology and feels straight out of tomorrow. Experimental.”
In the time that has passed since the initial leak, an Oat and a Black colorway have surfaced- further fueling the anticipation for the Air Max 1000 to release. Today, we have details about those aforementioned pairs, and when they can be expected to finally launch.
The Black pair will be an exclusive to zellerfeld and is expected to be limited to 300 units. Zellerfeld, who has worked closely with Nike to bring the Air Max 1000 to life, will launch the Black colorway on August 19th at 3:30 PM EST via zellerfeld.com.
The Oatmeal colorway will land on the same day, August 19th, via SNKRS. Though the pair is expected to still be limited, the Oatmeal pair will release via a 10 minute draw on the SNKRS app. It is important to note, though, that Nike recommends going a half size up if you are in-between sizes as the Air Max 1000 is only available in full sizing.
Considering the limited nature of these two colorways, as well as the demand for casual-wear sneakers, it is safe to say the hype train will carry on strong for the Air Max 1000 beyond these two colorways arriving later this August.
The SoleSavy DROPS app will be the best way to stay up to date on future launches of the Air Max 1000 and more. There you can also find the latest news details as well as release info and raffle management.
