UNHEARDOF and adidas show us that hearts bleed blue in Cincinnati.
The two partners are no strangers to creating love letters of the founder, Phil Lipschutz’s, hometown. This time, UNHEARDOF is inviting FC Cincinnati into their latest celebration of the Queen City.
Just in time for the MLS Cup Playoffs, the UNHEARDOF x FC Cincinatti Forum Low “Blue Kit” colorway is modeled after FCC’s 10th Anniversary Home uniforms. The uppers are FCC Royal blue and FCC Navy blue pig nubuck, with the iconic 3 Stripes donning FCC’s Orange shade.
The “Blue Kit” upper features a repeating graphic of the team’s motto “All For Cincy” debossed in gothic 3M reflective blue on the panels, and their winged lion logo embossed in orange on the heel. This colorway sits atop an all FCC Royal blue rubber cupsole and outsole.
In a campaign starring Corben Bone, who achieved 96 caps in his time as an FC Cincinnati midfielder, UNHEARDOF “takes us back to the junkyard and reminds us that despite the landscape that you’re given in life, you can always put that hard work in where ever you are.”
Bone’s appearance in the campaign only further highlights the strength of friendship and connectivity- two storytelling pillars of UNHEAROF’s collaborative projects since first connecting with adidas. The sneaker’s sock liner insole art work is inspired by one of Corben’s biggest goals scored while playing for FC Cincinnati. A game that, coincidentally, Corben gave Phil tickets to come watch.
FC Cincinnati will kick-off their run in the MLS Cup Playoffs on October 27th. UNHEARDOF will get fans ready for the teams fourth consecutive playoff appearance this upcoming weekend.

The UNHEARDOF x FC Cincinnati Forum Low releases on October 24th. There will be a total of 750 pairs with special box releasing at UNHEARDOF at 11 am EST. According to UNHEARDOF, left over pairs are expected to release online around mid day.
