Nike and reigning Finals MVP Giannis Antetokounmpo are teaming up for an entire collection dedicated to the world’s most iconic card game — UNO.
As the game celebrates its 50th anniversary, the Swoosh has something special in-store. UNO x Nike “50th Anniversary” collection includes five iterations of the Nike Zoom Freak 3, a multicolor Nike Air Force 1 Low, the Nike Offline slide, and a range of apparel.
The Nike Zoom Freak 3 is dipped in four monochromatic looks, emulating the cards’ respective colors. A multicolor version with a primarily black look takes after the deadly “Wildcard” found in the deck. Other details include Giannis’ jersey number located on the shoes with a UNO twist.
“I want every product to be genuine and authentic, and playing UNO with my brothers is a big part of our lives,” said Antetokounmpo. “The Nike team has done a great job bringing my ideas to life, and I think they’ve created something for every Nike, UNO, and basketball fan in this collection.”
The UNO x Nike Zoom Freak 3 “50th Anniversary” collection is set to release before the end of the year on Nike.com and select retailers. As always, our sneaker monitors and release day strategy will have members ready for drop day.
