If it isn’t clear by now, Nike Basketball isn’t afraid to shake things up by bringing back classics from the vault, especially when it comes to the Nike LeBron line. The last few years have been a re-crowning moment for The King and his kicks.
Since the LeBron retro run that commenced with the 7 in late 2019, nothing but hits have returned — Nike LeBron 8 “South Beach” in 2020; Nike LeBron 9 “Watch The Throne” in early 2021; and the Nike LeBron 9 “Big Bang” during All-Star Weekend 2022 for its 10th anniversary.
Another grail-status LeBron shoe is releasing soon. The Nike LeBron 4 “Fruity Pebbles” is releasing in late 2022, according to Sneaker Files. The colorway, exclusively made for The King & inspired by his favorite cereal, is finally releasing to the public. Built with a predominantly white leather upper, the flavor comes through the shoe’s Foamposite shell accented with the Fruity Pebbles treatment on the midsole and lining. The “Fruity Pebbles” LeBron 4 also includes the purple laces and sits on a multicolor translucent outsole.
The Nike LeBron 4 “Fruity Pebbles” releases in December 2022 for $250 on SNKRS and select retailers. As always, our sneaker monitors and release day strategy will have members ready for drop day.
