Adidas and Solebox Double Up on the UltraBOOST 1.0 and Ultra 4D

Frequent collaborators and fellow German compatriots Adidas and Solebox are giving you the option to go caged or uncaged.

The Berlin-based boutique is throwing it back to 2016 with a two-pronged release consisting of the UltraBoost 1.0 and Ultra 4D. Both sneakers come with a clean tonal cream makeup, with the UltraBoost 1.0 maintaining its original components and the Ultra 4D stripped of its cage.

The latest partnership between the two can be seen as an homage to their 2016 partnership, when Solebox teamed up on Adidas’ first uncaged UltraBoost — a move made after many sneakerheads had cut off the paneling themselves. Solebox’s name replaces that of Adidas at the heel on both sneakers, and they also feature glow-in-the-dark outsoles to become a tad less understated at night.

Look for the Ultra 4D to kick things off March 17 through Solebox’s website and physical stores, with the UltraBoost 1.0 to follow March 31. Pricing has yet to be announced, but you can download the DROPS by SoleSavy app as we provide updates on these releases and more.
