Stüssy’s beloved “Fossil” treatment is making its way to a pair of Chucks.
The OG streetwear brand’s Converse Chuck 70 Hi features the hemp that’s been wildly popular on Nike collabs such as the Air Force 1 Low and Spiridon Cage 2. The natural color carries on from the 100 percent hemp down to the vulcanized sole, with Converse’s signature black striping as one of the lone deviations. Replacing the “All-Star” branding on the Chuck’s lateral sized is Stüssy’s “SS” mark in pearlized studs. Converse’s branding is then shifted onto the tongue patch, while a blank circle patch is also stitched on the sneaker’s medial side.
The Stüssy Chuck 70 Hi “Fossil” is slated for release March 30 along with a restock of the black pair that originally released last year. Both will sell for $110 through Converse’s website, with a possible Nike drop to follow. Download the DROPS by SoleSavy app to keep up on all the latest sneaker releases.
