If you’re the type of person who’s obsession with sneakers carried over the mid-century modern furniture, you’re going to love what Bodega and Vans are cooking up.
The Boston-based boutique has announced its Chukka “Mid-Top Century” pack, which sees wooden hues and a cesca-like knit come together in ultra-clean fashion.
Two pairs of the Chukka are involved, and both see the weave popular on MCM chairs carry over onto the tongue. One pair of the Chukkas is more tonal, with a cream canvas upper paired with gum trim and sole. The other opts for faded red suede with slightly darker trim and a black sole matching the laces. Both feature tortoise shell used for the upper most eyelets, as well as a blue insole.
