UPDATE JANUARY 11, 2023: The Air Jordan 1 Low “Metallic Blue” has begun to hit boutique stores and will continue to flow in throughout the season. There is no hard launch date for this model.

UPDATE NOVEMBER 17, 2023: Hiroshi Fujiwara continues his streak at sharing early looks of 1985 remakes by giving us an early look at next year’s Air Jordan 1 Low “Metallic Blue.” In late 2019, Fijuwara was the first to provide sneakerheads a glimpse of the 2020 “New Beginnings” pack. This will be the second 85 remix of the low, following this year’s “Neutral Grey” release.

Jordan Brand will release the OG “Metallic Blue” Air Jordan 1 in the low 1985 form for the first time since the mid-80s.

Although Jordan Brand gives the silhouette a modern makeover, the sneaker is expected to have a pre-yellowed midsole and a vintage, aged look. It’ll have a white leather upper with blue accents on the Swoosh, lining, and heel.

As the name suggests, this Air Jordan 1 Low 1985 will separate itself from other Air Jordan 1 Lows on the market. The AJ 1 Low OG we’re accustomed to today blends two Jordan models: the original 1985 Air Jordan 1 and the current, remodeled Air Jordan 1 Low. However, given the name, we expect the Air Jordan 1 Low 85 to have a shape closer to its ancestor with a retooled toebox and Swoosh while retaining the heel shape.

Sole Savy is unreal! With a busy schedule it’s hard to keep up on shoes, and the group keeps me up to date on releases, tips on how to manually cop, and a marketplace with killer deals from fellow like minded collectors. It’s changed the sneaker game for me!

@SoleSavy is the truth. They've helped me cop kicks I never would've imagined getting at retail. Members always willing to assist on drops too. And most of all, a REAL community of REAL sneakerheads. These guys should be the gold standard for sneaker communities! #LifetimeMember

My membership paid for itself three fold by being solely responsible for my union 4’s, mesh sacai waffles, sacai blazers, court purple aj1s, glow in the dark yeezy 350s, travis scott lows (which I traded to get desert ore ow’s), air max 1 londons, bc3’s for way under retail etc.

Can't say enough about SS. The stellar help with copping shoes is a given but it's the community that makes it extra special. Hands down one of the best decisions I made as a wannabe sneakerhead.

The community of sneakerheads and resources available to help manually cop are great and really will help you get more Ws. The Zoom calls for hyped drops like Union Jordan 4 only adds to the camaraderie while providing real time instruction
