Jordan brand is reportedly ready to celebrate the Air Jordan 6’s 35th anniversary in style.
Just like the Air Jordan 5 has enjoyed a great celebration in 2025 for its 35th birthday, the Air Jordan 6 is poised to receive the same treatment next year.
With beloved sample colorways rumored to release already, it has not come as a surprise to see more potential classic Air Jordan 6 colorways rumored to make a return. That said, one of the most iconic pairs looks to be making a head-turning comeback in 2026.
According to leaks, the White Infrared Air Jordan 6 will be returning next year.

Originally released in 1991, the White Infrared is an OG classic. The beloved colorway mixed white leather with hits of black and a vibrant red that made the sneaker a fan favorite in an instant. It is one of the five original colorways of the Air Jordan 6- along with the Black Infrared, Carmine, September Blue, and Maroon colorways.
Last released in 2014- the last White Infrared has quickly turned 10 years old. Making the upcoming 2026 retro a mandatory for Jordan diehards. Unlike the 2014 rendition, though, the 2026 White Infrared Six is expected to feature the iconic Nike Air branding on the back of the sneaker- much like the original pair did back in 1991.
