One tool I would recommend people add to their list is a VPN. The biggest reason to use one as a sneakerhead is to change your phone IP (this is not a GPS spoof) or desktop IP Address to an IP somewhere in another country that is restricting incoming web traffic from other countries. (ie. Yeezy Supply limited the release to US based IP’s only).
It can also come in handy if you get soft banned, you can switch to a new IP and it should lift that ban as the system will see you are coming from somewhere else.
There is many other perks (like using Netflix from other countries) as well that you can learn about on their website so take a look to see what plan is right for you on NordVPN:https://bit.ly/2OU5jBV
ExpressVPN has a free 30 day trial with this link: https://bit.ly/2YieZsY
TunnelBear has a free plan but it might not be enough browsing data, cant hurt to try. If you live in the US, I would open a tunnel bear account just to have in case: https://www.tunnelbear.com/plans
If you are in any other country try NordVPN for 1 month with all the adidas Yeezy drops happening in December for Yeezy Supply.
I don’t have time to create my own guide/documentation for VPNs but I’m sure there is enough info on the NordVPN support site for that: https://support.nordvpn.com/
The gist of it is:
- open up the app
- pick a city you want to VPN to
- start it
- Your IP will now say you are there
- Go to the website you are trying to visit
That simple method should get you around any Yeezy Supply restriction on country IP like they did last time.
