JJJJound has finally revealed the release date for their upcoming New Balance collaboration. The New Balance 992 “Grey” colorway will be releasing first on July 24th at JJJJound.com followed by a release at retailers on a later date. The NB 992 “Green” will releasing the following week on July 31st worldwide. This marks the second collab between the brands since their NB 990 v3 from 2018 which released with only 100 pairs.
Both pairs of JJJound NB 992s come in a premium suede construction with mesh underlays and two-toned White/Sail midsoles with translucent detailing. The “Grey” pair uses Light brown suede for the majority of its overlays and a darker Brown patches underneath. Grey isn’t actually used until you look at the plush mesh around the ankle”New Balance” and “USA” branded heel counters are done in reflective silver 3M. The “Green” pair features various shades of Dark Green dyed suede throughout both mesh and suede panels. “JJJJound” branding in Grey text across a Navy heel patch completes the look.
