Update: The “Gratitude” Air Jordan 11 will be released on December 9 in full family sizes.
2023 is already looking to be a major year with the stacked Spring Air Jordan releases, but now it looks like a classic is coming back this holiday season. Originally released in 2006 as a part of the “Defining Moments” pack that celebrated the start of each of his 3peats in 1991 and 1996, the Air Jordan 11 “DMP” is confirmed to return late this year.
The beloved sneaker has been long awaited, especially since its partner shoe, the Air Jordan 6 “DMP,” had a retro release in 2020. The original silhouette has a white mesh base, white leather, and black patent leather. Gold accents representing that championship DNA appear on the Jumpman on the heel. The look is finished by a white midsole and the sneaker’s famed translucent outsole. In classic Jordan Brand fashion, this retro is expected to come with a slight upgrade to the design, swapping the traditional mesh for leather. The Air Jordan 11 “DMP” is set to release this holiday season for $225 via Nike and select retailers.
