Jordan Brand has revealed the 2023 class for its Women’s Collective, a group comprised of 11 “culture shifters” with a passion for basketball and sneakers. The women chosen will help spearhead activities and experiences in their local communities and will have access to members of the Jordan and Nike family including Sheryl Swoopes, Isabelle Harrison, and Jess Sims.

“The 2023 Jordan Women’s North America Collective represents the intentionality and will for progress that the Jordan Brand team leads with daily,” Tonia Jones, Global VP and GM of Women’s at Jordan Brand, said in a press release. “These women are incredible additions to the global Jordan Women’s Collective, and I look forward to the ways our team will jointly partner with them to continue expanding the presence and advancement of women in this industry.

The 11 women of the 2023 class represent the United States’ three biggest cities. New York City’s members are Bianca Richards, a licensed esthetician and social media manager for Allure; Elyse Cox, a mental health activist and director; business strategist Jasmine Gonzalez; and Shayla Diaz, creator of Shayz Dayz photography and a community basketball advocate. From Los Angeles, there’s Divina Corria, owner and designer of Divine Individual Jewlery; Amiraa Vee, a fashion stylist and curator; and Christyna Pourhabib, author of My First Pair. Finally, repping Chicago are the nail artist Ashley Crowe; fashion designer Chelsea Billingsley; architect Ayanna Hardy-Fuller; and Melissa Co, a podcaster, sales manager, and photographer.

Women from the collective’s 2022 class nominated this year’s members, who were chosen for principles including transcending conventional standards and paying success forward in their communities. To commemorate the announcement, the entire collective was photographed by renowned photographer Djeneba Aduayom. Download the DROPS by SoleSavy app to keep up on all the latest industry news.

Sole Savy is unreal! With a busy schedule it’s hard to keep up on shoes, and the group keeps me up to date on releases, tips on how to manually cop, and a marketplace with killer deals from fellow like minded collectors. It’s changed the sneaker game for me!

@SoleSavy is the truth. They've helped me cop kicks I never would've imagined getting at retail. Members always willing to assist on drops too. And most of all, a REAL community of REAL sneakerheads. These guys should be the gold standard for sneaker communities! #LifetimeMember

My membership paid for itself three fold by being solely responsible for my union 4’s, mesh sacai waffles, sacai blazers, court purple aj1s, glow in the dark yeezy 350s, travis scott lows (which I traded to get desert ore ow’s), air max 1 londons, bc3’s for way under retail etc.

Can't say enough about SS. The stellar help with copping shoes is a given but it's the community that makes it extra special. Hands down one of the best decisions I made as a wannabe sneakerhead.

The community of sneakerheads and resources available to help manually cop are great and really will help you get more Ws. The Zoom calls for hyped drops like Union Jordan 4 only adds to the camaraderie while providing real time instruction
