The late Kobe Bryant’s love for his daughters was well-documented during his illustrious NBA career. In his post-playing years, Kobe famously dedicated his time to coaching girls’ basketball and teaching his late daughter, Gigi, how to follow in his footsteps. Since the tragic accident that took both of their lives, Nike and the Bryant family have continued to honor Kobe’s proud “girl dad” title with his sneaker releases. The latest colorway to reference Kobe’s love for being a father is the upcoming “Girl Dad” Nike Kobe 4 Protro.

The “Bicoastal Green” suede upper is complemented by hits of black, chrome, and an icy outsole. “Girl Dad” is embroidered in cursive on the inner of both tongues.
