This Upcoming Nike Air Force 1 Gets Smooth and Silky

In 1982, Nike debuted one of the most successful sneakers ever designed – The Nike Air Force 1. Initially built for basketball, the Air Force One exploded in popularity and is now one of the most ubiquitous sneakers of all time. Now approaching 40 years later, the Swoosh is preparing a grand party for the AF1 by dropping a batch of new colorways celebrating its legacy.

This upcoming Nike Air Force 1 leans into luxury with its blend of premium leather overlays and woven toe box and side panels featuring a stylish monogram-esque print reminiscent of your favorite fashion house. The flat satin laces and flecks of pink on the tongue, the stripe on the midsole, and ankle collar set off the beige base with the perfect accent.

This silky smooth Air Force 1 is set to launch in early 2022 via Nike.com and select retailers. As always, our sneaker monitors and release day strategy will have members ready for drop day.
