The Nike Air Max 97 “Silver Beach” Fuses Two Iconic Colorways

The Nike Air Max 97 is an undisputed classic silhouette with a myriad of iconic colorways. Using two of the silhouettes’ most popular colorways as the basis of a Dragon Ball Z-style fusion, Nike has blended the iconic “Silver Bullet” and “South Beach” colors for a new “Silver Beach” colorway. Not only does the shoe pay homage to some of the shoe’s greatest moments, it’s also part of Nike’s concerted focus on sustainability with their “Move to Zero” campaign.

The shoe’s construction features a silver mesh base, topped by match silver leather overlays, and pink and teal piping throughout to emanate the South Beach vibes. The colorful piping is also 3M reflective to give the shoe even more pop when the light hits.

The Nike Air Max 97 “Silver Beach” is releasing soon and will retail at $170 on Nike.com and select retailers. As always, our sneaker monitors and release day strategy will have members ready for drop day.
