Phoenix Suns-Inspired Nike Air Max CB 94 Arrives Next Month

Nike Basketball is going back in time with the help of Charles Barkley’s most iconic shoe — the Air Max CB 94. Launched initially with Air Max2 tech back in 1994, the CB 94 has been modified slightly through various retro runs (2010, 2015, 2017, 2021, and now this year).

Nonetheless, Sir Charles’ signature shoe is a hardwood classic. Worn throughout most of the 1993-1994 season, the CB 94 releases in two colorways: all-white upper with purple and black details & white leather with black suede overlays with purple accents.

The Swoosh is switching things up with an all-new colorway of the Air Max CB 94, inspired by the Phoenix Suns’ home jerseys.

The Nike Air Max CB 94 “Suns” sports a white upper with bright orange on the Air Max branding on the tongue, the Air unit, the teeth-like midsole, and the shoe’s inner bootie lining. That Suns purple lands on the Nike Air branding on the heel, the NIKE lettering on the shoe’s middle strap, and the Swoosh on the midsole. A black midsole, bungee cord laces, lining, pull-tab, and midsole arrive on the pair as well. Finally, Barkley’s 34 is embroidered in black on the heel counter.

The Nike Air Max CB 94 “Suns” releases on June 3 for $160 on Nike.com and select retailers. As always, our sneaker monitors and release day strategy will have members ready for drop day.

Sole Savy is unreal! With a busy schedule it’s hard to keep up on shoes, and the group keeps me up to date on releases, tips on how to manually cop, and a marketplace with killer deals from fellow like minded collectors. It’s changed the sneaker game for me!

@SoleSavy is the truth. They've helped me cop kicks I never would've imagined getting at retail. Members always willing to assist on drops too. And most of all, a REAL community of REAL sneakerheads. These guys should be the gold standard for sneaker communities! #LifetimeMember

My membership paid for itself three fold by being solely responsible for my union 4’s, mesh sacai waffles, sacai blazers, court purple aj1s, glow in the dark yeezy 350s, travis scott lows (which I traded to get desert ore ow’s), air max 1 londons, bc3’s for way under retail etc.

Can't say enough about SS. The stellar help with copping shoes is a given but it's the community that makes it extra special. Hands down one of the best decisions I made as a wannabe sneakerhead.

The community of sneakerheads and resources available to help manually cop are great and really will help you get more Ws. The Zoom calls for hyped drops like Union Jordan 4 only adds to the camaraderie while providing real time instruction
