Nike Basketballs Unveils Performance-Focused “Greater Than” Series

Nike Basketball continues to innovate upon its tried and true technology with its latest performance-focused collection. The Greater Than (G.T.) series is composed of three all-new silhouettes, the Air Zoom G.T. Cut, the Air Zoom G.T. Run, and the Air Zoom G.T. Jump, each of which implements Zoom Air Strobels and/or React Foam in unique ways catered to specific aspects of the sport.

Nike categorizes each shoe as follows: “…the Air Zoom G.T. Cut, for cutting and change of direction; the Air Zoom G.T. Run, for energy return and running economy; and the Air Zoom G.T. Jump, for vertical jumping and impact protection.” The inaugural G.T. series sees each silhouette done in matching Black/Silver/Volt Green makeup.

The collection will debut with the Nike Air Zoom G.T. Cut launching April 1st in Greater China followed by a late April release in North America. The Air Zoom G.T. Run will follow soon after in Summer 2021, followed by the Air Zoom G.T. Jump at a future date this year.
