After several months of leaked images and celebrity teases, the READYMADE x Nike Blazer Mid is confirmed to be releasing this February 27th. The shoes will be arriving in a special edition box that replicates the grimy, upcycled, graffiti-clad aesthetic found in many of READYMADE’s pieces. The shoes will be arriving in black and white colorways each bearing many similarities to the other. The white midsoles are given a bumpy, crumpled up texture while the uppers are composed of stitched together pieces of textile with exposed stitching. Black and white camo print adorn the tongue and ankle collars while warped and elongated Swooshes appear prominently on the side paneling. Translucent heel cups feature clever recycling symbols made up of crooked Nike Swooshes and topped off with READYMADE branding in black. Outsole composed of Nike Grind Rubber aligns with the Japanese label’s luxury upcycling ethos.
