September 11-17 Sneaker Release Recap

This week has been one for the books. Nike continued its dedication to the late Virgil Abloh with the release of the “Brooklyn” Off-White x Air Force 1. Jordan Brand showed love to its NHBD accounts with the Air Jordan 1 “Heirloom” and teamed up with Colombian megastar J. Balvin for a cloudy take on the Air Jordan 2. Take a look at everything that dropped and restocked last week.

FCFS (first come, first serve) Release Shoutouts

  • Off-White x Nike Air Force 1 Low ‘Light Green Spark’: Only released through the Off-White website and SNKRS. The Off-white website opened the waiting room at 7:40 AM EST and shoes officially went live at 8:05 AM EST. Only 140 pairs were dropped through the Off-White website
  • J Balvin x Air Jordan 2: Shock drop on September 13 at 7:30 PM EST on shop.jbalvinmerch.com 2 days before the official release date. Both Apparel and the Jordan 2 dropped with the Jordan 2s selling out within 2 minutes of being loaded onto the website. Queues were short. SoleSavy monitors picked up the drop immediately. Boutique drops followed on September 15. Most stores had 50-120 pairs and sell-out times averaged around 100 seconds.
  • Air Max 1 ‘Crepe’: Stock was good as most retailers that dropped had over 200 pairs. Straight forward cop and still in stock at a lot of stores
  • Supreme Fall Winter Week 3: Supreme x ACG items were the main attraction of this drop. The Black Fleece and Black Denim pullovers were the first items to sell out but otherwise, the other items from the drop were a straightforward cop.
  • Jordan 1 High ‘Heirloom’: Dropped at select boutiques in store and saw no online releases on the 17th. While more stores are expected to drop on September 23rd it’s worth using the Drops app to keep an eye out if any stores drop earlier than that.

Sole Savy is unreal! With a busy schedule it’s hard to keep up on shoes, and the group keeps me up to date on releases, tips on how to manually cop, and a marketplace with killer deals from fellow like minded collectors. It’s changed the sneaker game for me!

@SoleSavy is the truth. They've helped me cop kicks I never would've imagined getting at retail. Members always willing to assist on drops too. And most of all, a REAL community of REAL sneakerheads. These guys should be the gold standard for sneaker communities! #LifetimeMember

My membership paid for itself three fold by being solely responsible for my union 4’s, mesh sacai waffles, sacai blazers, court purple aj1s, glow in the dark yeezy 350s, travis scott lows (which I traded to get desert ore ow’s), air max 1 londons, bc3’s for way under retail etc.

Can't say enough about SS. The stellar help with copping shoes is a given but it's the community that makes it extra special. Hands down one of the best decisions I made as a wannabe sneakerhead.

The community of sneakerheads and resources available to help manually cop are great and really will help you get more Ws. The Zoom calls for hyped drops like Union Jordan 4 only adds to the camaraderie while providing real time instruction
