Key sneaker releases for the week for March 25th – 31st, 2024.

It’s Air Max week! Nike unveils the future of Air technology with their latest Air Max Model, JJJJound and adidas team up for their handmade take on the popular Samba, and Hidden NY releases their latest collaboration with Asics.

Nike Air Max DN – March 26th

Air Max Day is one of the biggest days of the year in sneakers and this years is no exception. For Air Max Day 2024 Nike is unveiling their next generation of Air technology with the Air Max DN. The DN features a Dynamic Air unit system with dual-pressure tubes that creates a reactive response under foot with every step. This futuristic sneaker is being released in almost a dozen different colorways to celebrate Air Max Day. The Air Max DN line launches on Nike US on March 26th.

Nike Air Max 1 ‘Air Max Day’ – March 26th

2024 is the year of the Air Max 1 Royal. Nike is giving us two different styles of the famous colourway this year with one of them being an Air Max Day exclusive. Just like the 2014 Air Max Day pair, Nike has swapped the classic white midsole for a bright volt midsole on an OG colourway of the Air Max 1. 3.26 branding can be found on the tongue tag celebrating the special date of Air Max Day. The Nike Air Max 1 ‘Air Max Day’ is launching exclusively on SNKRS on March 26th.

JJJJound x adidas Samba – March 27th

Montreal’s JJJJound is known for its minimal and low-key sneaker collaborations. Making the initial collaboration for JJJJound and Adidas an absolute no-brainer. The samba is without a doubt the most exciting adidas silhouette at the moment. For this collaboration, the Samba has been taken back to it’s home- as the pairs from this collaboration were handcrafted in Germany. True to it’s identity- JJJJound has taken an iconic sneaker and elevated it in subtle, authentic, ways.

New Balance MiUSA 990v4’s – March 28th

The second instalment of the 2024 Made in USA collection arrives this week with two very impressive 990v4 colorways. Both pairs take a step in a different direction and embrace hiking aesthetics which have yet to be seen from the MiUSA line. The ‘Arctic Grey’ pair looks like a JFG meets JJJJound collab with an all over blue upper on top of a black sole. The ‘Macadamia Nut’ pair is very outdoors inspired with an all over cream base being highlighted by a pine green New Balance logo and matching rope laces.

Packer x adidas Forum Low Pack – March 29th

At this point, Packer is known for its very tasteful sneaker collaborations. Never doing too much, one of the highlights of this sneaker collaboration is its true versatility. The Adidas Forum has been a favorite for Adidas fans for a few years now- and Packers quality approach delivers a shoe to be admired. The choice to remove the strap allows the shoe an even more lowkey look. Its quality leather is synonymous with packer releases of the past.

Hidden NY x Asics Gel-NYC – March 29th

Everyone’s favorite moodboard is finally expected to release their highly anticipated Asics Gel NYC. The runner appears in a classic white and silver colorway with the- almost signature- moodboard green throughout the upper. The pixelated motifs on the logos are nods to HIDDEN’s digital roots and designs. Though this collaboration is expected to be better stocked than their GT-2160 collab from last year, there is no reason to expect these to sit around for too long.

Sole Savy is unreal! With a busy schedule it’s hard to keep up on shoes, and the group keeps me up to date on releases, tips on how to manually cop, and a marketplace with killer deals from fellow like minded collectors. It’s changed the sneaker game for me!

@SoleSavy is the truth. They've helped me cop kicks I never would've imagined getting at retail. Members always willing to assist on drops too. And most of all, a REAL community of REAL sneakerheads. These guys should be the gold standard for sneaker communities! #LifetimeMember

My membership paid for itself three fold by being solely responsible for my union 4’s, mesh sacai waffles, sacai blazers, court purple aj1s, glow in the dark yeezy 350s, travis scott lows (which I traded to get desert ore ow’s), air max 1 londons, bc3’s for way under retail etc.

Can't say enough about SS. The stellar help with copping shoes is a given but it's the community that makes it extra special. Hands down one of the best decisions I made as a wannabe sneakerhead.

The community of sneakerheads and resources available to help manually cop are great and really will help you get more Ws. The Zoom calls for hyped drops like Union Jordan 4 only adds to the camaraderie while providing real time instruction
