Renowned for using jarring colorways most brands would stay clear of, Stray Rats has returned with yet another audacious New Balance collaboration, the brown, purple, and orange New Balance 827 ‘Sewer Stomper’.
The front and posterior sides of the shoe were revealed via Instagram by Stray Rats founder Julian Consuegra’s Instagram with the caption, “SRNB 827 // (MAY 2020[?])”, hinting at a potential May release date.
From the images available we can see that the sneaker comes with an olive Abzorb midsole underneath a light brown, suede upper, and dark brown mesh underneath this caging. Fond of mismatching colors, the Stray Rats 827 has a purple and red-orange “N” logo on its medial sides with matching red-orange laces. A camo print tag on the back of each heel spells “STRAY” and “RATS” on the left and right shoe respectively.
