In the face of this historic pandemic, retailers worldwide are experiencing financial instability unlike ever before. These circumstances have led stores to find new and unique ways to accommodate this loss of physical retail via unique, digital experiences. Highend retailer Tres Bien is one prime example, offering “virtual store visits” using the popular web-conferencing app, Zoom. This offers customers a way to engage in the online shopping experience in a far more intimate, personal manner during these strange times and keeps Tres Bien workers employed while social distancing.

Their locations in Malmo, Sweden and Paris France are both closed, but if you head to their private Zoom link where a Tres Bien employee will handle all your queries regarding the specifics behind a garment, accessory, or footwear offered at their store. For all questions surrounding shipping and current orders the sotre stills asks you refer to their FAQs.  The virtual store will be open Monday to Friday, 12 PM to 6 PM CEST.
