Showing no signs of slowing down, New Balance is teaming up on an all-new three-way collaboration with two California staples. Created in conjunction with Nice Kicks and Amoeba Music, this New Balance 992 silhouette sees the trio embrace Amoeba’s vibrant personality and interpolate it via two uniquely color-blocked colorways. First off there’s the pair with classic NB-styled pig suede appear on the side paneling and posterior of the shoe while bright Mustard Yellow adorns the toe. Mint blue laces and further hits of yellow by the heel complete the look. On the other side of the spectrum, a much darker-toned 992 with black side paneling and beige heels appears. Mint blue toes and contrasting red laces further differentiate this pair from its brighter-looking counterpart. Each pair replaces traditional heel branding with bubble-letted “Peace” text for further perennially cool vibes.

Both pairs of the Amoeba Music x Nice Kicks x New Balance 992 release April 2nd, 2021 for $240 USD alongside a matching apparel collection ($33-$70 USD) in honor of Amoeba’s new Hollywood location opening. The collection will be available exclusively via the Nice Kicks webstore.
