SoleSavy Presents: Pasos for Oak Cliff Shoe Drive – August 20th to 21st

SoleSavy is proud to announce our upcoming, two-day, in-person shoe drive with Texas-based, 501(c)(3) non-profit Pasos for Oak Cliff.

Hosted by Centre and Magnolia Skateshop, each event will have members of the Pasos and SoleSavy team ready to accept donations of new and gently used sneakers. All shoes acquired during the two-day event will be donated to students in need in the Oak Cliff, Texas area.

The first shoe drive will be held on Friday, August 20th from 5 PM to 8 PM central time at Centre Dallas (5307 E. Mockingbird Ln. #140, Dallas).

The second shoe drive will be held Saturday, August 21st from 12 PM to 4 PM central time at Centre Forth Worth (1455 W. Magnolia Ave. #117) and Magnolia Skateshop (1455 W. Magnolia Ave., #105, Fort Worth).

An additional SoleSavy Member’s Only event will take place on Saturday afternoon in the Fort Worth area with additional raffles, giveaways, and more. Members, stay tuned to our #announcements-solesavy channel for further details.

About Pasos for Oak Cliff: Pasos for Oak Cliff is a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit serving based out of Oak Cliff, Texas. Founded in August 2020 by high school teacher and SoleSavy member Jesse Acosta with his partner Alejandra Zendejas, the organization has distributed over $5,000 in scholarship money and nearly 600 pairs of sneakers to students in financial need throughout the Oak Cliff, Texas area.

About Centre: Centre is a Texas-based boutique and label founded that have been enriching their community since 2007. Centre’s opened its second location in 2019 in Fort Worth, Texas.

About Magnolia Skateshop: Magnolia is a skate shop and brand based out of Fort Worth, Texas. Magnolia stocks everything from hard goods to apparel and accessories from brands such as Nike SB, Vans, Dime, and much more.
